Meet Pastor Norm Koy
 Pastor
Koy was born in Oak Park, Illinois on April 19. He was educated
at Concordia, River Forest, then later at Concordia Theological
Seminary at Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pastor Norm was married to Gale
Koch in June 1974. Gale's birthday is April 29. Gale is a bookkeeper,
likes to ring hand bells, sews and does crafts in her spare time.
The Lord blessed them with a daughter, Krysten in July 1978.
Krysten and her husband, Jeremy Honemann made Pastor and Gale proud
grandparents with the blessed arrival of Logan Stuart

Before ordination, Pastor Koy taught 4th grade, was a DCE (Director
of Christian Education) and Assistant Principal in Cleveland, Ohio.
After continuing his education at the Fort Wayne Seminary, he accepted
the divine call to St. Paul, Napoleon, Ohio, where he served as
Vicar, Associate Pastor, and then Senior Pastor. Over the years,
Pastor Koy has served His Lord through various district and synodical
activities, such as District Coordinator for Youth Gathering. He
has also involved himself in local activities such as community
theatre, sheriff's chaplain, and critical incident stress debriefer.
Pastor Koy and Gale have a shared interest in NASCAR racing. Pastor
follows the racing action through the driving of Sam Hornish who
drives car #77; whereas his wife Gale prefers to follow car #18, the M&M car.
