Grow in Faith, Word and Action

Trinity Children's Ministry Vision
We believe that our role of this Ministry is to help children . . .

...Experience the love of Jesus through worship, fellowship, song and prayer

...Grow in their understanding and commitment to the Lord through their study of the Bible

...Live a Christian life of service and witnessing to others.

"Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long."
Psalm 25: 4-5

Here are some of our Ministry's Programs:

Sunday Morning Bible Club (aka Sunday School)
Jesus and Me: Parents and Two's - Begins the Sunday after Labor Day, from 9:30-10:40 a.m. Room 122 (Preschool Room). This class is designed for parents and their two-year-old to attend together. Families are led through a Bible Story, finger plays and songs along with discussion time for parents.

Bible Club - Begins the Sunday after Labor Day, from 9:30-10:40am for all children ages 3 years through grade 6. Our curriculum helps children explore the Bible and grow stronger in their faith. Great resources are included for children and parents to do together throughout the week.

***Nursery Care is available for children 2 years and under during our Bible Club programs.

Children's Worship Service

Caraway Street - Begins the 3rd Sunday in September at 11:00am in the Children's Ministry Room (Rm. 114).  We meet the first and third Sundays with children ages 3 years and older.  Adults, youth and puppets lead this service.  Children learn Biblical truths and are exposed to a worship format that is age appropriate.

Journey Kids! - Begins the 2nd Sunday in September during the 11:00am Journey Service.  Children ages kindergarten and older are invited to join the Journey Kids! leader in the Children's Ministry Room prior to the sermon beginning until the conclusion of Journey. Children experience worship activities through skits, crafts, games and songs.

Mid-Week
FLASH: Follow, Love And Serve Him - A great time of Christian fellowship and service for kids in the 3rd and 4th grades. We generally meet the 3rd Sunday of each month during the school year from 6:00-8:00pm.  Watch the Evangelist and Witness for information.

“The Bridge” - is for youth in the 5th and 6th grades and is a collaboration of the children and youth departments. In addition to Confirmation events, there are yearly activities to help bridge these pre-teens into youth group. Activities are meant to build community, connection to each other and Jesus, and service. Watch the Evangelist and Witness for information.

Vacation Bible CAMP
Our 2008 VBC program will be in June. All children ages 3 years - 5th grade are welcome to attend. A theme-centered week focuses on a Bible story each day, which is reinforced by songs, snacks, games, skits and video. Registration for this program begins in April.

Seasonal Programs
Programs and activities are scheduled throughout the year for children and parents to attend together. Watch the Evangelist and Witness for information.
